"We have unfinished business (Y/N)."
You didn't have to turn to recognize the voice. Once you might have refereed to him as friend, business partner, a close person to your heart. Those nicknames quickly disappeared when he had left you for dead, only for the police that to have picked you up, and thrown you into prison. The only reason The Flash and his little gang hadn't thrown you into their special 'power' prison for the metas wrecking havoc was because you weren't nothing like a meta. No. You were human. Perfectly human without a single drop of special blood coursing through your veins.
You were a genius informant, tactician, and you were considered neutral in the whole hero/villain business. Whoever could pay you the most had your services but those who would fail to pay up would pay the price. That had been how things until you had met Captain Cold, anyways, or rather Leonard Snart. You had met the man before the villain. At one point, things had become rather... intimate... but he had tossed that away just as easily as he could freeze people without hesitation. What you had with him had turned out to be a mere fairy tale because he had just used you.
"I have no business with you." You snarled, not turning your head to see Leonard for yourself. Facing the wall of your cell, you found the spots on the wall far more interesting than looking at Leonard. "We were done a long time ago."
"I'm afraid it's not that easy (Y/N)." You heard him smirk. "Unfortunately for you, I'm still in love with you."
"Yeah? If you're in love with me then why did you leave me to die in that gang war then? The one that you caused on the docks. I called out to you but did you come back for me? No. You left."
"Yes. A poor failure on my part." Cold mumbled. "I had believed you were right behind me but I couldn't find you anywhere. My mistake. I truly apologize."
"I can't trust you." You threw a tired hand through your hair. "You always flatter me, flirt with me, but then you do something that's the complete opposite and I always get the blunt of the force."
"(Y/N)." Captain Cold stressed. "You know me. We've known each other since we were children. I'd never leave you. Never. You are far too important to me."
You stayed silent as you heard the cell door open. You didn't question how Captain Cold had managed to get the keys but besides that you honestly didn't care. Maybe it would be better if he just left you alone, that way you could finally have peace. Knowing how relentless Cold was, he wouldn't give up easily, as much as you wished it.
Two hands grabbed your shoulders and turned you roughly around. With a stuttered gasp, you were forced to look Cold straight into the eyes, and the intensity of his own gaze intimidated you greatly. Sure, you knew him as a child, and sure you had been childhood friends but... still... the way he made you cower in fear if you did the slightest wrong thing. The ferocity of his intellect, his stare, was almost over-bearing. As much as you loved him, you were scared of him.
"Don't look at me like that..." Cold lightened his grip on your shoulders. "I'm not a monster. I'm like you. See?"
Clutching your hand in his, he brought your hand to his chest, where you could feel his heartbeat beat. No doubt it was just like yours but that honestly didn't prove anything.
"It beats for you and only you. I slaved away days looking for you, trying to find ways to get you out... (Y/N)... you're mine. Mine. You can't vanish from my side."
You could say nothing as his face grew closer to yours. Soon enough you could feel his breath on his face and your eyes flew expectantly at his lips. The two of you had kissed many times but each time he kissed you make you feel excited, elated, on top of a building with no limits stopping you from flying. Cold almost seemed to be teasing you by hovering above you for a few agonizing seconds, examining your body language, as his hand crept to your cheek. Then he kisses you, again, again, and again. What had been seemed like a long wait turned into a short queue, his kisses reaching the end of the line. His kisses left you limp. Knees buckling, you gripped his shirt to keep on your feet, as he continued to peck your face and lips with loving kisses.
Oh had you missed his lips.
An overwhelming love warmed your skin, without a single drop of lust in your bones. This had been love. Not a desire for his body but a desire for him. You loved him and you knew it and he knew it too. If he could only stop prodding at your weaknesses, pushing you at the breaking point, if only you could live with him quietly in a world without crime. Where Leonard could have anything he wanted.
"(Y/N). When we get out of here... marry me."
You let out a shaky breath.
"And be Mrs. Cold?" You laughed softly.
"If you'd like." He leaned in and murmured against your lips. "I'd have nothing else."
"Do you really mean it?" You sighed as he worked at your neck, snuggling close to you with the tip of his nose. His hands were now at your arms, keeping your hands firmly against his chest. You could tell he liked you just where you were and you weren't complaining.
"Yes. Only you, my adored."

Leonard Snart x Fem!Reader - Exhilarating
You were sitting at the bar, absentmindedly playing with your empty glass.
Suddenly, the jukebox sprang to life and started playing “Cold as Ice” by Foreigner. A man sat down about two seats from you, ordering a drink. You glanced over and noticed his heavy jacket, and his moody face.
“Something I can help you with?” he asked. You cleared your throat, aware that you'd been staring at him.
“No, I just....the song and your jacket. Are you cold or something?”
His lips slightly twitched upward as he took a drink. “I guess you could say that.”
“And yet you're drinking vodka? With ice

Leonard Snart x F!Reader - Hardest to Handle
(A/N: Slight spoilers for Legends of Tomorrow if you're not caught up! Takes place sometime during Episode 12)
Leonard Snart was coming down the hallway when he heard your voice, humming softly.
“There you are!” he sighed as he turned the corner into your room. He stopped when he saw you turn around.
“Hi, sorry. I've been a little preoccupied.” Leonard stared at the small bundle in your arms, eyes narrowing slightly.
“I didn't know you were baby-sitting.”
“Well, I normally wouldn't. But I just couldn't say no when Sara handed him over. I'm kind of surprised she did. He's so adorable.”

Connection [Steve Rogers x Reader]
Steve woke up to another sleepless night or maybe he forced to wake himself up from the dream that he was having. At this point, he starts to reconsider to take the medicine Bruce told him to take to help him sleep a little better. He reached out to turn off his alarm, which continued to beep at his bedside table. Maybe he should just stay in bed all day today since he hardly slept at all. He was staring at the ceiling, when he thought about you again. When does he not ever think about you? Ever since you left the Avengers, that’s all he can ever think about. The way you smile, your [eye color], the way your eyes light up when you ask h
